Settings

Manage your account, workspace, and team from the Settings page.

Overview

The Settings page is split into two groups in the left sidebar:

  • Account - Your personal profile and security
  • Workspace - Workspace-level configuration, team members, preferences, and destructive actions

Account

Profile

Update your personal information.

Field Description
Profile Photo Upload a square image (PNG, JPEG, or GIF, max 5MB) to personalize your account. A colored avatar with your initials is shown by default.
Email Your account email. This is used for login and notifications.
First Name Your first name, displayed across the platform.
Last Name Your last name.

Click Save Changes to apply any updates.

Security

Action Description
Change Password Opens a dialog to update your current password. Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

Danger Zone (Account)

These actions are irreversible. The Danger Zone section on the Profile page has a red background to make it clear.

Action What it does
Delete All Chats Permanently removes all your conversation history. Cannot be undone.
Delete All Folders Removes all your organized folders and their structure.
Delete Account Permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This is irreversible.

Sign Out

At the bottom of the Profile page, click Sign Out to log out of your account.


Workspace

General

Configure your workspace identity and view workspace stats.

The stats bar at the top shows:

Stat Description
Members Number of team members in the workspace
Agents Number of AI agents configured
Workflows Total workflows in the workspace
Created Date the workspace was created

Below the stats:

Field Description
Workspace Logo Upload a logo (square, PNG/JPEG/GIF, max 2MB) to make your workspace recognizable. A colored avatar with the workspace initial is shown by default.
Workspace Name The display name for your workspace.
Description Optional text describing what the workspace is used for.

Click Save Changes to apply.

Members

Manage your team and control access.

The stats bar shows:

Stat Description
Active Members who have accepted the invite
Pending Members who have been invited but haven't joined yet
Total Total member count

The members list shows each member with:

  • Avatar and email
  • Role badge (OWNER, ADMIN, MEMBER)
  • Status indicator (Active, Pending)
  • Actions menu (three dots) for managing the member

Click Invite Member to send an invitation to a new team member by email.

Preferences

Configure display settings for the workspace.

Setting Description
Workspace Timezone The timezone used for schedule triggers and activity timestamps. Defaults to UTC. Select from the dropdown to change.
Date Format How dates are displayed across the workspace. Options include DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, and other common formats.

Danger Zone (Workspace)

Irreversible workspace-level actions. This section has a red background.

Action What it does
Transfer Ownership Transfer this workspace to another team member. You must select an existing member to become the new owner.
Delete Workspace Permanently deletes the workspace and all its data - workflows, datasources, activity logs, everything. Cannot be undone.
