Staff portal
Each barber has their own login. Manage appointments, set custom availability, configure personal WhatsApp messages, update profile pictures, and control their schedule.
Client booking page
Public booking page where clients select their barber, pick a day and time, add notes, and confirm their appointment. No login required.
WhatsApp messaging
Barbers send reminders, confirmations, and review links directly through WhatsApp. Custom message templates configurable per barber.
Post-appointment reviews
After closing an appointment, barbers send a custom link via WhatsApp. Clients leave a review - star rating and comments - tied to the specific appointment.
Smart notifications
Barbers receive email notifications for new bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes. Notification preferences configurable in the app.
24h cancellation policy
Clients can cancel their appointment using the booking link up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, the slot is locked.
Appointment lifecycle
Full flow: client books → barber gets notified → reminder sent → barber closes appointment → review link sent → client reviews. All automated.
Email notifications
Barbers set their email in the app and receive real-time notifications for all appointment activity - new bookings, cancellations, and reminders.
