About Ubex

Introduction

Ubex is one workspace where you build, host and run applications for your business: web apps, automations and AI agents. Describe what you need in plain language and Qira and Vira build it, or build it by hand on the visual canvas.

What you can make

Everything in Ubex is one of three things, the same three you see when you click Create in Studio:

  • Web app - built with Qira and live on the web. Pages, forms, dashboards and sign-in, published on a Ubex subdomain or your own domain with SSL.
  • Workflow - runs its steps on its own. Started by an API call, a schedule, a WebSocket message or by hand, it validates data, applies your rules, calls other services and writes to your tables.
  • Agent - answers and acts in a chat. Pick Lite, High or Max: from plain conversation, to reading documents and browsing the web, to calling APIs and running code.

Where things live

Area What it holds
Home What should we build? One prompt that builds a web app
Studio Your web apps, workflows and agents, grouped in projects and folders
Agents Your agents, and the quickest way to create one
My Data Tables, uploaded files, websites, text and buckets for files
Activity Every run, with its status, timing, input and output
Apps Connections to 42 tools over MCP, such as GitHub, Slack, Notion and Stripe
Vault API keys and passwords, encrypted with AES-256 and never shown in logs
Settings Your profile, members, locale and domains

How Qira and Vira work together

You describe a web app on Home or start one in Studio, and Qira builds it: the pages, the forms, the sign-in. When the app needs logic or data, she asks Vira, who creates the workflows, tables and API endpoints behind it. Both test what they build before they hand it back. You can open any workflow on the canvas or any file in the code view and change it yourself. See the Builders Overview.

AI models and credits

Pick a model for every message from about ten providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral and DeepSeek. Usage is paid in AI credits (100 credits = €1), or with your own provider keys at no credit cost.

Hosting and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, endpoints support API keys, rate limits, IP allow-lists and CORS, and every run is logged. GDPR and SOC 2 work is in progress.
