Isn't this just ChatGPT with a website?
No. ChatGPT answers questions. Ubex builds and runs the actual application, screens, logic, data, and hosting, that delivers the outcome.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you need in plain language. If you want a developer to go deeper, every part of what Ubex builds is open and editable.
Where does my data live?
In your own Ubex workspace: tables in My Data, files in buckets, keys and passwords in the Vault. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and secrets are encrypted with AES-256 and never appear in logs. Our privacy policy names the infrastructure and the providers that process data.
Can I move off Ubex later?
Yes. Ubex connects through MCP, so you can pull your frontend, backend, or data out and run them elsewhere whenever you need to. Nothing is locked permanently to the platform.
What happens if something breaks?
Ubex tests a build before handing it back. Once it is live, Activity records every run step by step, so you can see exactly where it failed, and you can go back to an earlier published version. Support is by email on paid plans, with priority from Starter upward.
